Executive Director, Membership Experience
Salary: £125,000 to £132,000 plus benefits
Location: Central London / Hybrid

At this pivotal time, we are seeking a dynamic Executive Director, Membership Experience to lead and evolve our membership strategy—both in the UK and globally. This is a strategic executive role, offering a unique opportunity to shape sustainable international membership growth, drive strong financial performance, and embed a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
You will lead within a diverse and complex stakeholder environment, motivating staff, volunteers, and strategic partners alike, while playing a key role on the Executive Team in shaping the future of RIBA.
