Position: Tenancy Specialist
Locations: Plymouth – St Budeaux Estate / Bristol – Bushy Park
Salary: £36,021 – £41,926 per annum
Hours: 36 hours/week
Contract: Fixed-term/Secondment until 29th December 2025

Tenancy Specialist
In this role, you will:
- Manage and investigae cases involving anti-social behaviour, tenancy fraud, sub-letting, and Right-to-Buy (RTB) fraud.
- Support victims and take proportionate legal action against offenders.
- Collaborate with Neighbourhood Officers, Local Authorities, and the Police to gather and assess evidence.
- Assist in interviews under caution, data interrogation, surveillance operations, and witness interviews.
