Commercial Sales Manager – Charity Sector

We’re seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to lead our commercial strategy, driving revenue and profitability across diverse activities. You’ll play a pivotal role in building strong client relationships, exploring new opportunities, and ensuring our sales approach aligns with our charity’s mission.
This is a field-based role, requiring UK-wide travel and collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Your insights will help shape our products and services while ensuring maximum impact.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience exceeding sales targets.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong market research, financial analysis, and reporting skills.
- A flexible approach, with some evening and weekend work.
Key details:
- Closing date: 9am, 4 September 2025.
- First interviews: 11 September 2025 (MS Teams).
- Second interviews: 17 September 2025 (Basingstoke HQ, including presentation).
