About Us
The MRC Laboratory of Medical Sciences (LMS) is a leading biomedical research institute where scientists and clinicians work together to advance medicine. We are directly funded by the Medical Research Council and maintain strong partnerships with Imperial College London and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.

The Role
We are seeking a Senior Research Governance and Contracts Manager to ensure ethical, safe, and financially responsible research practices across LMS. Working with senior leaders, you will:

Oversee compliance with internal and external research ethics, integrity, and governance standards.
Develop and implement robust ethics and integrity policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Foster a positive and ethical research culture across the institute.

About You
You will bring extensive experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing research-related contracts and agreements, ideally within an academic or health research setting. A strong understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance in health research is essential, alongside experience working in research environments.
