Antisocial Behaviour Specialist
Housing Services (Plymouth or Bournemouth, South West)

We’re looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Antisocial Behaviour (ASB) Specialist to join our Housing team and play a vital role in keeping communities safe and supportive.
In this role, you will provide expert advice, guidance, and training to ensure a trauma-informed, person-centred response to antisocial behaviour across our diverse housing services, including general needs, supported, and intensive accommodation for Antisocial Behaviour Specialist
What You’ll Do as a Antisocial Behaviour Specialist
- Coach and support Housing Officers and Team Leaders, helping them deliver consistent, high-quality, trauma-informed responses to ASB.
- Lead on prevention, early intervention, and enforcement strategies, using ASB action plans, mediation, and recovery actions for complex cases.
- Oversee and embed best-practice ASB case management through training, coaching, and regular case reviews.
- Manage a robust case management system with clear action plans and consistent outcomes.
- Triage all ASB cases for safeguarding risks, ensuring referrals to statutory services are completed and tracked.
- Keep teams updated on ASB legislation, ensuring compliance and best practice across housing services.
- Work with teams to build a supportive, accountable approach that protects victims and challenges perpetrators.
What You’ll Bring for Antisocial Behaviour Specialist
- Strong knowledge of antisocial behaviour legislation and enforcement tools.
- Proven experience managing complex ASB cases in housing or related fields.
- Confidence in coaching, training, and supporting colleagues.
- A customer-focused, proactive approach with a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
- Understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred practices.
