Architect Job Opportunity – Design, Construction & Maintenance (DCM) Team
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architect to join our newly restructured Design, Construction and Maintenance (DCM) Team. This role offers the chance to deliver a variety of architectural services across the Council’s non-domestic building estate, including schools and corporate properties.
About the DCM Team
The newly established DCM Team is responsible for the design, construction, and delivery of building projects across the Council’s estates. Our multi-disciplinary approach ensures that all projects reflect the Council’s wider policy objectives, including:
- Sustainability and energy efficiency
- Health and safety compliance
- Waste management and carbon reduction
- Social inclusion and community benefits
- Wellbeing and accessibility improvements
By combining expertise and innovation, the DCM Team ensures every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Role Overview
