Are you passionate about creating outstanding digital learning experiences? Join Cambridge University Press & Assessment, part of the University of Cambridge, and help us design engaging, high-quality online courses for learners around the world.

We’re looking for a creative Learning Designer to join our dynamic team at Cambridge Online Education. You’ll play a key role in developing online professional and higher education courses, working closely with academics and subject experts to build innovative, learner-focused content.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work with experts to design top-quality online courses.
  • Create detailed learning journeys using best practices in pedagogy.
  • Design activities and assessments that deliver real-world learning outcomes.
  • Use feedback to evaluate and improve course experiences.
  • Support smooth course delivery with training and resources for faculty.
  • Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, and operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience designing and developing online or blended learning.
  • Strong understanding of digital pedagogy and instructional design.
  • Comfortable working with Virtual Learning Environments (especially Canvas).
  • A team player who can collaborate and manage multiple projects to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a learner-first mindset.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive learning design.
