Your Role
As Director of Regulatory Policy and Innovation, you’ll lead high-impact regulatory initiatives and policy strategies across UK and international markets. Based in London, you’ll manage a team of 24 staff in the UK and 5 in Brussels, while working closely with our US office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive policies that boost the UK’s market access, regulatory strength, and global financial innovation.
• Provide strategic advice on UK, European, and international regulatory trends.
• Collaborate with government bodies, regulators, trade associations, and financial institutions.
• Align policy efforts with inward investment strategies to strengthen the UK’s FPS ecosystem.
• Represent the UK as a global thought leader in finance, regulation, sustainability, and technology.

About You
We are looking for a forward-thinking leader with:

• Deep expertise in UK and international financial regulation, policy innovation, tech, and sustainable finance.
• Proven leadership in high-level policy roles and cross-sector collaboration.
• Strategic insight to shape the long-term future of financial services regulation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with political awareness and excellent communication.
• Experience managing diverse teams and delivering measurable policy impact.
• Analytical capabilities to craft success metrics and communicate complex insights.
