Salary: £25,927 – £32,228 per annum (pro rata)
Location: Hybrid / Greater London House
Hours: 36 per week
Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract

In this dynamic role, you’ll play a central part in delivering engaging communications for our residents, supporting both online and offline marketing campaigns. You’ll coordinate requests, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with teams across the organisation to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for the marketing team.
• Assist in creating content for websites, emails, and social media.
• Support delivery of key marketing projects and campaigns.
• Coordinate branded merchandise and resource distribution.
• Manage inbox queries, supplier relationships, and reporting.
• Contribute to resident publications and internal communications.

About You:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organised individual with strong communication and proofreading skills. You should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, have a flexible approach, and be confident working independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.
