Coventry School Foundation (CSF) is a leading educational charity, delivering outstanding independent education to around 1,600 pupils aged 3–18 across six co-educational day schools in the heart of Coventry. With over 500 years of heritage and a shared mission to give every young person the foundation for an extraordinary life, CSF is entering an exciting new chapter.

We are seeking a dynamic, commercially minded Director of Marketing, Admissions and Communications to lead and unify our strategy across Bablake Pre-Prep, Bablake Junior School, Bablake School, King Henry VIII Pre-Prep, King Henry VIII Junior School and King Henry VIII School.

Reporting directly to the CEO and Principal, and as a key member of the Foundation Leadership Team, you will shape and deliver a cohesive marketing, admissions and communications vision that strengthens pupil recruitment and elevates our brand presence. You will inspire and guide a talented team of ten professionals, ensuring each school’s unique strengths are promoted with creativity, consistency and impact.

We are looking for a strategic thinker and innovative leader with proven success in brand management, customer experience and stakeholder engagement—whether in education or other sectors. Agility, energy, collaboration and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.
