Policy & Insights Manager (Paediatric Workforce) – RCPCH

Location: London WC1 & Hybrid (home-based)
Job Type: Full-time, 35 hours/week
Contract: Fixed-term, 2 years
Salary: £45,864 per annum + excellent benefits

About the Role:
The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking a dedicated Policy & Insights Manager to lead projects that shape the future of the child health workforce across the UK.

You’ll play a key role in:

• Leading impactful policy projects focused on workforce sustainability.
• Producing expert, evidence-based insights for national healthcare planning.
• Collaborating across internal teams and national stakeholders to advocate for children’s health and paediatric workforce needs.
• Monitoring trends in NHS service planning and child health policy.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree or equivalent experience in health policy, NHS planning, or advocacy.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data and workforce planning.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering policy or advocacy projects.
• Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.

Bonus if you have:

• A formal project management qualification.
• Line management or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of the children’s health or paediatrics sector.
