Salary: £44,711 – £51,737 plus London allowance (£5,385) per annum
Contract: Full-time, fixed term (12 months maternity cover)

About the Role
As Senior Research Governance and Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that research carried out at LMS meets the highest standards of ethics, governance, and financial responsibility. Working closely with the Head of Operations, Head of Health and Safety, Laboratory Services, and Research Manager, you will:

Ensure all LMS research complies with internal and external ethics, integrity, and governance requirements.
Develop and implement policies, guidelines, and procedures to support research ethics and integrity.
Promote a positive and ethical research culture across the institute.

About You
You will bring:

• Extensive experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts and agreements.
• Strong expertise in research governance, ideally within an academic or research setting.
• In-depth knowledge of statutory and regulatory compliance in health research.
• Proven experience of working in a research environment.
