Contract: Permanent | Full-Time or Part-Time
Salary: £38,700–£41,000 (FTE), depending on experience and qualifications

Join the Fashion Retail Academy and help shape the future of fashion marketing education. We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Lecturer in Fashion Marketing and Communications to support our growing Higher Education provision.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching in fashion marketing and communications.
- Create a dynamic, industry-relevant learning environment that inspires students to excel.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of a student-focused, practical curriculum.
- Guide and mentor students through their academic journey and professional development.
About You
- Qualifications: A BA/BSc (Hons) in Fashion Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Practical industry experience in fashion marketing and communications, plus experience in teaching or training—ideally in Higher Education.
- Knowledge: A strong understanding of the fashion retail landscape and current marketing trends.
- Passion: A commitment to student success and a love for sharing your industry knowledge with the next generation.
